Stay Home Poem by Charles Karia

Stay Home

Rating: 5.0

Stay home in corona days dear,
Lest you touch a live wire.
There are no spare lungs,
On sale in the local clinics.

The Mosthigh wants us hidden,
And masked like the unclean.
Don't presume to be any wiser,
Lest you cough like a geyser.

So you say you have no food,
May you be remembered by God,
And those you helped by giving,
Or you just liked receiving?

Help someone if you can,
For investors work when,
Everyone else is desperate,
Only in secret operate.
