To dance in the rain is not about waiting for the sun to come back...No, it is about finding joy in the middle of the deluge. It is a promise that physical separation is just a short pause, a fiction that our love, our imagination easily breaks...
Dance with me in the rain,
even while miles stretch between our hands.
Close your eyes… feel it,
the rhythm of us, still unbroken...
Though distance dares to divide,
we choose joy anyway...
we choose laughter in the storm,
romance in the loneliness,
spontaneity in the silence... I don't want to look for shelter... I have you...Let the rain become our meeting place...where memory and our imagination intertwine...
We are not apart… not truly,
for love knows how to travel
where bodies cannot... step into the storm with me...
and dance…
as if we never left each other...
close your eyes...
Imagine the sound of the downpour, hear it as music...with my hand in yours...kissing away the distance...
Dance with me in the rain... I want to feel you close...
