It’s Funny how the tears start right when I think
It’s all been said,
It’s all been done
Ain’t it sad how the ones we love are the only ones who can break us down?
It’s funny how I still need you,
I still want you
I still love you and I miss you everyday
Sad how I keep holding on to what’s been gone for so long,
Every time I hear your name the memories start playing in my mind
Funny how the tears start right when the sun goes down,
Guess I got too much time to think about you
So I’ll keep moving,
I’ll keep trying
And maybe the touch of someone new will erase the way
I feel every time I see you
Or the way it felt to be in your arms for the last time
I’ve tried to love again but I know it’s gonna be hard to let this all go
Cause I still love you,
I still need you
I still want you every day
And every time I close my eyes
I see you the day we said goodbye
Whispers and tears,
Things you never heard,
Things I should have told you
It’s too late..
