Still I Rise Poem by Valentine Mbagu

Still I Rise

Rating: 4.5

When the pains of life pins me to the pable,
and l have none to come to my rescue;
still l rise.

When the sorrows of life saddles me to the sand,
and l have none to console me;
still l rise.

When the agony of life aggravates me to aches,
and l have none to awake my spirit;
still l rise.
