Stolen Glances Poem by Kin Wong

Stolen Glances

Turns out, I would steal glances at you too,
When you were cooking,
When you were hanging up clothes,
When you were washing your hair,
When you were dreaming sweetly.

Once, I would steal glances at you too,
When you were holding me,
When you were holding my hand,
When I failed my exams,
When I had lash marks on my feet.

Now, I can no longer steal glances at you,
You are hidden in the damp, cold grave,
Where can I find your figure?
A photograph, an old garment, a dream.
