Stonewalled... I Enter Again Poem by Phillip Blakley Martin

Stonewalled... I Enter Again

i'm done and undone
my soul cries out for redemption but
i know who i am
are you happy now that lights are flashing
will i be taken to the dungeon despairing?
flailing epileptically
is emptiness our reward for love?
satisfied we must not be
your refusal to speak is self evident...
just stop this screaming will i?
you hate me and i deserve what i get
crying now i can't bear to look at you again
our lives gashed open reveal a core of
totality beyond the center
God's love and forgiveness is all that is left
humility surrounds my very being...
stonewalled... i enter again
