Stormy Performance Poem by Flying Lemming

Stormy Performance

Rating: 1.5

The orchestra were set to play
On a windy, stormy day
Seated in a roofless room
Preparing to create a tune
When suddenly down rain comes
Beating on the kettle drums
The sky is filled with clouds so black
Which crash and thunder and boom and crack
Lightening flashes through the barrage
And hit the man who’s stood in charge
He just smiled and shook his head
‘Well I am the conductor’ he said
