Stranded Poem by Zolani Nkomo

Stranded

I'm Stranded Without You
You're My Centre
And Now My Whole World's Spinning
The World That Revolved Around You
I Gave All I Had
All I Had To a Poor Man
He Took My Watch
When I Shook His Hand
Sometimes You Miss Home,
That Time They Miss You...
Till You Get Back, Then You Wanna Go Back...
To Where Ever You Came From
But No You Can't Run
No You Can't Run Forever
And Then It Hits You
And Then You Remember!
And Then I Remember
The Thought Of Your Smile
Makes Me Smile
Smile Happily
If You Made That Offer I'd Oblige Gladly
Why Couldn't You Just Take Me By The Hand and Tell Me Let's Run Wild!
I Can't With Hold This
I Can't Contain This
I Can't Not Free Me
If We Were free
Then we would be!
Feel Me Slipping Away
This Might Be The Last Time I'm Breathing Today
