Stranger Poem by Kathryn Busch

Stranger

Stranger
Though you were a stranger
I felt, I have known you forever
You made me feel needed
With your comments and questions
The feeling of happiness
Felt so good
I made time to meet
Not realizing
Who you really were
You seemed safe
You were not
You put on a disguise
Now I laying on the floor
Embarrass
Ashamed
And scared
You are gone
I am in pain
Barley hanging on
Trying to yell for help
This was only a whisper
No one is around
To help

Its tough to identify a stranger. We really need to have a strong sense of faith to get along with a stranger. The way you have written this poem really gives a clear picture of the situation. Nicely penned. Well done poet..
