Stranger - Poem by Ershad Mazumder

I am a stranger to my own time
When I visit my youth
It fails to recognise me
I am unnoticed.

I see my youth dancing
Like a cricket in green garden
I see a flowing river singing
Songs of eternal happiness.

I see humming bees
Kissing budding flowers
But the time has forgotten me
I am an unknown traveller
To my own time.
