Street Lights Poem by Christopher Tye

Street Lights

Rating: 5.0

Street Lights

Illumination for the nation,
Lighting up our paths and roads,
Keeping us feeling safe,
Masking the night skies,
That's until the council's pull the plug,
Will the last person made redundant,
Please turn the lights of as they leave.
