Have you ever felt like you're stuck?
You were strangled then dangled
On the toil you never fancy
For the cash you always need
Run in circle
In the misery of reality
When life seems jolly in the morning
From the money you bring in
Then turns pitch black at night
Once it just sleeps on your dwelling
You just sit tight with your hands on your knees
Wondering what you have been doing with your life
If you can just hurl it, your life, against the wall
So you can later toss the broken pieces instead
If you can get a new one with a refundable policy
So when you hate it too you can always return it
Wondering if you can do it with the money sleeping on the table
Oh no, you can't, so life still sucks
Many overlook the reality and stick to the fantasy
A much better place you're in when you do
That's why you should do it too
I think...
As too much might turn your mind gone mad
Since the reality is never as good
That's when you realise, you only have two hours left to sleep
Because you still have to go to work in the morning
Really, what's the point of living?
When a portion of your life is more for the things you hate
Than for the things you love
