Summer Poem by Kathy Perrin

Summer

Summer
I hate -
the heat,
flies buzzing,
mosquitos biting.
No shade
anywhere -
Not enough
oxygen,
too many
tourists.
Give
a break,
please.
come round
Winter -
miss you.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is about summer and how I feel about it. Summer is my least favourite season and this is reflected in the poem.
