Summer Holyday Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

Summer Holyday

Sunbeams dance, a happy sight,
Faces shining, pure and bright.
No cross words, no angry sound,
Just smiles and joy all around.

Little ones climb trees so tall,
Laughter echoes, answering call.
Sandcastles rise on lake's soft shore,
Happy children wanting more.

Blue sky smiles, the sun shines down,
Birds sing sweetly, all over town.
Chirping tales of nests so neat,
Of tiny eggs, a future sweet.
