Summer In The Making Poem by LaVerne Negro

Summer In The Making

Rating: 1.0

The air will change from chill to warm,
The birds will make their nests
Gardens will be planted, then Dad will
take a rest.
Then starts the never ending battle
When the grass begins to grow
It's a tiresome job day by day
But it still beats shoveling snow.
