Summertime Memories. Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

Summertime Memories.

The sun goes down, so soft and low,
Fire's glow starts to show.
Warm night air, a gentle breeze,
Rustling leaves up in the trees.

Flames dance high, a warm embrace,
Smiling light on every face.
Wood pops softly, tells a tale,
Summer breeze, a gentle gale.

Stars peek out, so far away,
Laughing friends end the day.
Warm and cozy, sweet and bright,
A perfect summer, fire night.

Crackling fire, sparks fly high,
Stars peek out in the sky.
Friends and family, close and near,
Sharing stories, banishing fear.

Marshmallows toast, a gooey treat,
Summer's magic, oh so sweet.

Firelight dances on each face,
A happy memory, time and space.
