Sunrise Of Jealousy Poem by Jennifer Rosario

Sunrise Of Jealousy

Waves that consume
like endless summer nights
Heat from a thousand candles
Burning bright
Even the waters cannot quench
the tide that clogs
the riptides in my mind-
rough terrain
and browning bogs
Endless whispers
Last breath amiss
A cold affront
With Nature's jealous kiss
