Sunset Poem by Peggy Pollock

Sunset

Sun sits and rests
Makes silhouettes
Of strangers by the sea
I stop my steps
As I reflect
On nothing, blissfully
I pick up my pen
But the sun then starts to sink
And I sit and think
This sun sets not for me.
