Up in the horizon where it's peaceful and scarlet
my eyes gaze at the view of the sunset
It reminds me of the moments of my glorious past
so vivid and still, seemed destined to last
My heart fills with joy as I begin to reminisce
inside my mind there's a surge of memories
Remembrances of the life I once had so I see
a picture of what and whom I used to be
The laughter of yesterday inspires me to go on
to stay alive, strong, filled with determination
Amidst all the past sufferings, struggles and distress
I proclaim my survival and existence...
