Sunset Kisses Poem by Tony Robinson

Sunset Kisses

Say goodbye to those sunset kisses
The winter has set in.
Everything is blurry now
I can’t hear my heart above the din
Life is a tragedy waiting to happen
And I’m waiting to walk in
If I had know this at the start
I might have refused
But now that I’m on that road
I’m not giving in
There will be crosses to bear
And hearts to break
And in-between a lot of give and take
But whatever happens along the way
I know that I will never break.
