Suppress
We all learn to
suppress an
emotion,
a feeling,
a thought.
Suppress tears,
love and opinions.
Everyone walking
among us;
Tears covered
with the black cloth
of secrecy,
love unshared
and used bitterly,
opinions meaningful
gone to waste.
Make a change
and live with
nothing left
choked and
smothered by resistance.
