Surreal Poem by Alsa Haslinda bt Alias

Surreal

'Let thy soul buried,
so I could rest in piece,
while living in a world of immortality'

As these paws are grasping
While sitting here
As the image of you seems unclear
I’m reaching out to the so dear
Because I’d fall
Not having them near

Windows are everywhere
With shadows from the darkest sky
Leave me all sad and blue
While I was sleeping late at night

'Let thy soul buried,
So I could rest in piece,
While living in a world of immortality
Drench my life, deep into core
So I could no longer feel sore'

Then I smile at your face
It looks almost delicate
That I could never learn to hate
For me to initiate
Any refusal to love

You have such nerve
Treating me this way
As you threw me out of the curve
Wanting to kill me with a slay

'Let thy soul buried,
So I could rest in piece,
While living in a world of immortality
That will always make stuck
In a world of surreal
I shall never return again
To the world I once feel saint”
