Sweat Mother Poem by Ovwigho Joseph Ovedje

Sweat Mother

The only woman i ever truly cherish. Her touch and affection is far beyond words.

I am a warrior, a fighter of love, her beauty and charisma strikes me off guard.

She is the sweetest and most delicate of all, she knows more of paradise than angels recall.

Her smile is made of sunshine, and her heart molded of pure gold.

The brightest of stars shine from her eyes, the fairest of roses you see on her cheeks.

She is ever sweet, tender and infectious, her love is so rare, graceful and enormous.

Her love is something that i cannot totally explain, it's made of deep devotion, sacrifice and pain.

She feels my day with rainbow lights, sweet hugs and kisses and fairytale nights.

She shines and sparkle like a beacon up hill, her love is hot and burning, it fills.

She kisses my heart to wipe my tears, cuddling in her arms alone trample my fears.

The brightest and rarest and fairest of gems, her love is beyond believing even when the world condemns.

It's far beyond defining, it defies all explaination. And still it remains a secret, like the mysteries of creation.

She is a many splendoured miracle, man cannot understand. And another wondrous evidence of God's tender guiding hand.

God made a wonderful mother and gave that dearest mother to me.

A compatible bond, inseparable we be.

I love my mother so much, it makes me cry a lot.

She is a precious jewel, a gift of priceless worth.

I LOVE YOU MUM!
