I'm sad love
Scared to face what's waiting

The hurt, the pain
Stab it, let me bleed to death
But I wait in vain
They never leave me
They poison my mind
The pain, dear love
It leaves my blind
To see them suffer
To see them scream
The ones I hate, sweet love
They haunt my dreams
If only he could love me
The one for whom my heart aches
But he doesn't
Which is why my heart breaks
If only he would laugh and hold me,
Kiss the top of my head,
Whisper my name,
Call me his friend
Sweet love, I love him
Like I love no one else
How can I not,
When he's like no one else?
When he held my hand
Without letting go
When he proved to be
Someone I didn't really know
So much sweeter
Than what I thought
So much comfort,
That only he brought
