Sweet Sunday Morning Kisses - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Good Sunday morning darling and sweet kisses
to you aplenty in true loves passionate caring,
sweet Sunday morning kisses to you my sweet Kira
I love you and miss you completely.
I have just barely risen and it is freezing,
my arthritis is completely kicking
and my body is badly aching and throbbing,
I wish you here to wrap up with me
and just snuggle away this blah morning.
Sweet Sunday morning kisses toy you my sweet Kira
which when we have come back together will be
a million times sweeter in their infinite power.
Sweet Sunday morning kisses to you my beautiful Kira
you are an amazing woman and I want to just hold you,
feel your sweet warmth as you curl up with me
feeling fulfilled and happy as our hearts keep healing
ever more with each second,
sweet Sunday morning kisses sweet Kira
feel it in spirit because soon we'll have it in person.
I am right there with you dear darling
and I'm letting go a few tears from releasing
things I have so very needed.
Something I can do only with my sweet precious Kira,
the arthritis and immense emotion for you
are just a bit overflowing.
I love you my sweet darling Kira and send you sweet kisses.
Sweet sweet Sunday kisses to you my sweet sweet Kira
I just wish I could sit with you on this morning
while you have your coffee and I had some too
or my regular Pepsi etc.
Just be with you cuddling with you in my arms curled up,
sweet kisses to you to fill you with warmth
and all of my endless comfort to tell you
I so deeply love you and want to be with you forever,
sweet Sunday kisses to my diamond Kira
a gift and miracle from God in heaven.
Sweet sweet Sunday kisses to you and so very soon
our time will come in each others arms.
I love you dear Kira and feel me right there beside you
as in spirit I hold you and tell you I miss you,
I'm holding your hand and I'm holding you close,
sweet kisses to you my sweet Kira the greatest Angel there is.
