Synaptic Poem by nooraimanno lortrade

Synaptic

the rainbow is crossing along the sky,
and why still I didn't get mine?
dry leaves fall on the street,
I wonder when will we meet?
Johnny Rook's flying, searching for his prey,
I hope that God answers my prayer.
those green grass on the land,
I'm still sitting here waiting for my man.
counting of sheep before I sleep,
shivered from the cold that I tried to keep.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The story behind this poem is about the questions and wonders that I have upon my soul mate. I used to believe that I am not anyone's choice, unless I degraded myself. But, everything is different now. I found the man of my life and we are married.
