a minute to understand the situation
put your self in my position
and tell me what you was thinking
at age sixteen no longer a beauty queen
but a mother and yore only a teen
picture all what you could have been
all the places you could have seen

i tried to understand the situation
better and got lost in your life for a second
and screamed out for a savior
as no one came holding my hand
hard times, i got up screaming as
i came back and held you up to let you
know you'll always have me to care
and be there
