Take Your Leave Poem by Alex Kult

Take Your Leave

Rating: 5.0

You won't get between us
With all your lies and games
You're nothing more than dirt to me
While you throw out petty names
I know what you're trying to do
Just push me out of the way
Turns out I'm a stronger barrier than you thought
And this barrier has something to say
You don't have a place here
You're just a passing stranger
Why don't you just be on your way
We don't want your anger
You're nothing more than a child
Stuck behind a grown man's pout
I think it's best you take your leave
I'll make sure the door hits you on the way out
