Taken By Fate...? - Poem by kare bear
Everyday I wonder,
wonder what it would be like today,
if she hadn't met and married him.
Then, the future could be molded like clay.
But now, everything is said and done.
There's no more turning back.
We could sit there and think about what could have been better.
Or we can get up and in our future, not lack.
Everything is in concrete now,
and our hatred towards her grows bigger each day.
We all know it's bad to hate,
but we can't help it, as I would say.
Grant it, her decision was dumb and non-caring,
but we can't think about what she DID,
all we can think now is what she WILL DO.
As for now, he's in God's hand and is being taken care of like a kid.
I'm glad he's in a better place,
but I always ask myself this,
was he taken by fate?
Or was it just the evil work of his Miss?
If only we all knew,
before they became each others' mate,
that she would have done such a thing,
so now I'm not thinking that he was taken just from fate...
This poem is dedicated to my great grandfather who could of lived.. but his wife wasn't worried about his health. May he rest in piece. *I love you so much, too Grandpa*
