Tales From The Patio: #3 Poem by Windsor Guadalupe Jr

Tales From The Patio: #3

She was resilient
Beside the pillars
Festooned with
Humdrum ornaments.
The scent faded
But she was there.
The clouds were effaced,
She was still there.

The Sun blasted
Towards her gushing face
Of crimson,
And there,
Just there,
Rid of all oddities
Oh, and there
Was a subtle
Picture of rain
I drizzled over
The city buoys,
And she
Pummeled with her
Flagrant hurricane.
