Tam Poem by Leon Moon

Tam

Unrecognisable to present judgement —
Acutely applicable to the degradation
Of moral satisfaction,
The current character bespoke
Is oddly amusing,
Extremely disgusting —
Evening out exertions
To rubber strips burning,
A sight quite discerning,
Acts for discomforting —
He wanders on as in
The world turning,
Forever hurling in and in an in,
Pauses never breathing out! —
The antediluvian menace,
Thematic to the pulse,
Through a lifetime of envy,
Thus a shore broken at the waist
Waits to pass
As a bona fide compass
Without end to reason —
Within our hearts some more! —
Blood galore, constant gore
Softening flesh as a blanket
Worn inside out
For safety — whatever the steamroller meant…
Such a stroller
Must have spent
A life waiting to pee alone —
And nothing comes close as to the air
As the unrecognisable present judgement
Recognises itself on a stair
