Tasmanian Tiger Poem by Arundass TP

Tasmanian Tiger

From the abyss of horizon
dark clouds rolled with thunder and lightning
powerful wind swept footsteps of ignorance
cunning, cruel, paranoid.
stepped all around the land so beautiful
swallowing every Tasmanian tiger on the way
Devil they yelled every time
clouds of fury on the sky
singing the songs of horror in mystic way
Painting those innocent creatures
in a weird way
fear overwhelms every soul
shedding blood until the last drop fell
laughed in a devilish sound
searching others behind the curtain
Once the curtain was raised
songs of horror was the past
who cries for these heavenly creatures
Oh! they are gone from the darkness.
