It’s a new day, and a brand new dawn
The snow is covering this rundown lawn
My heart is always too empty and aching
But it shall not be forever breaking

So watch me get up on my own two feet
Let somebody else take this pathetic seat
For I will be leaving this intolerable place
My heartbeat becoming a super bass

Wipe off this filthy dust off my clothes
Because this will be the very last dose
Of sadness you will ever have to witness
And forget this unbearable quietness

So watch me get up and leave you behind
No more will you have to ever define me,
A girl who did you absolutely no wrong
No more of this sad pathetic love song

It’s time to put an end to this silly charade
Embrace a new life without a ideal evade
Now I won’t let my guard down until I know
For certain that the future love isn’t low

So for now I will say farewell my love
Let’s do what’s right and unleash this dove
So it could find a brand new meaning
In this vicious world of lost dreaming
