one shares
one teaches
one helps others
one educate
one learns
one reflects
one facilitates
one practise vipasana meditation
one examunes one's mind
one observe mind-body stadium
one voyages into the unknown
one devonstruce
one reconstruct
one construct
one in total silence
one behaves the silent radio.
