Tears Poem by Patience ''Cat'' Williams

Tears

Rating: 5.0

Have you ever wanted to cry but you just can’t? Well I have. But I don’t and I won’t cry. Not for you or anyone else. That’s what I would like to say.

The world looks at me when I cry but I only want you to look at me. Look into my eyes and see the pain gazing back at you. Notice every tear that tumbles down my face. Notice that every tear has something to say:
I am the tear shed for family.
I am the tear shed for friends.
I am the tear shed in fear.
I am the tear shed in anger.
I am the tear shed in stress.
I am the tear shed in failure.
I am the tear shed in guilt.
I am the tear shed in pain.
I am the tear she in all love and life.

The tear of love and life will always be foreshadowed in eternity. I have a lot to cry about. And so do many others. Some may let them free some may keep them trapped. But I’m not going to shed a tear…cause its not that easy to lose my TEARS.
