Tears Of Comfort Poem by Lilly James

Tears Of Comfort

She's laughing, skipping
Through the feild of flowers
She smiles with happiness
No one wants to ruin the spell
She seams to be under
But happiness never last forever
They will have to tell her eventually
Her smile will soon vanish
Replaced with warm tears
Tears that will become a comfort
Fore her life will be filled with them
A day she doesn't feel their warmth
Will be a rare occation in her life
She'll never find such a comfort
That the tears will bring
Letting out all her fears
She'll have no where to call home
She stopped and notices
That everyone is staring at her
They're trying to figure out
Who's going to take her in
Maybe they'll send her away
She's skipping over to them
They all start to frown knowing whats to come
Her aunt is hugging her and crying
She wants to know, whats going on
They say your parent have passed away
She pushes away and start to scream
She runs to the feild sreaming, crying
No longer smiling, they follow her
In order to comfort her
The only comfort she finds is in the tears
That flow down her orphanded face
