Clouds, won't you please come over here.
I've longed for such a cloudy display.
Why will you not show me your tears?
Share with me your dark cluttered rain.

(Why do you rain when I cry?)
Your vampering habits, lingering,
only to worsen my nostalgic sigh;
then and there begins my thinking...


Won't you fill the cracked streets with flowing liquid mirrors.
Won't you fill empty souls in this scorching urban center.
Won't you wash away 'our' sins temporarily or forever.
Can you not see, this part of our land is dying of thirst.
