Temper Outre Poem by Rick Elpers

Temper Outre

Argument happiness confusion
Three fleeting emotions
That swirled freely
Taking me to
An unknown place
Not fully aware of
Even while in the midst
With the ashes ankle deep
I still cant tell what took place
Too bad for me
As I  must now sleep
With dreams not of pleasure
But of loneliness
Such an adventure
Shall I take to cool the heat
And warm the heart
Demanding wanting releasing
