Tequila Kisses Poem by The Poet Darkling

Tequila Kisses

The coconut scent of sun kissed skin
And the sexy tussle of her hair
As she grinds her hips and draws you in
Capturing you with her lover's stare

Doing her own dance of seduction
She pours a shot of tequila gold
doesn't miss a beat in her dancing
Makes you feel as you've never been old

Her dark, black eyes, as they mesmerize
Taking you prisoner, heart and soul
Stealing your memories of past loves
Release the promise of those she stole

Island princess with a heart of stone
She'll steal your innocence, leave you bare
Whisper her wicked lies in your ear
Convincing you all the while it's fair

Knocking back shots of tequila gold
Caressing your soul with Satan's smile
Gently seduces you into trust
You give her an inch, she takes a mile

Then, finally, she makes the connection
Places her kiss of tequila gold
You make a deal with the Devil
To save your poor soul before it's sold

But it's too late, Satan can't free you
After your soul, she never misses
Ties you up, when her lips she places
There's no help for tequila kisses
