Terror Of No Boundaries Poem by indira babbellapati

Terror Of No Boundaries

I had a dream
Now, it got frozen in
Puddles of blood

I had a dream
Now it cuddled
My blood into water

I had a dream
A serene one
Where one lived
With the other in
Peace and joy

Now, the dream wails
And wails in endless
Lamentation at scattered
Limbs and bodies
Reversing my blood stream

My repulsed insides rave for peace
How can I stop this wretched
Reflex of my insides
Upon knowing that
A loved one didn't return home
But was thrown lifeless on to
A heap of dead bodies
As an orphan?

And they say
World is a global village
Where one lives
A life of no boundaries...

It looks only terror
Knows no boundaries...

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Luckily we don't remember all our dreams. Let them end in serene ones.
