In my small town, Sanford's care,
And Jackson's too, beyond compare.
Sioux Falls' help, so strong and true,
They saved my life, and started a new.
A heart attack, a sudden blow,
Then stroke's dark shadow, come to sow
More fear and pain, a heavy cost,
But Sanford's skill would not be lost.
Windom's rehab, helped me rise,
With gentle hands and caring eyes.
Though blood pressure fights, and liver sighs,
I'm almost new, beneath these skies.
For doctors, nurses, every hand,
That helped me live, and understand,
My deepest thanks, eternally,
For giving new life, back to me.
