So much blood,
Upon his hands,
He was once a boy,
In love with a girl,
But that all changed,
The day he said goodbye,
He looked her in the eyes,
Not a tear rolled down his cheek,
His mind spun,
There were words she could not say,
The two had barely known each other,
Some say it was just a fling,
To the girl there was so much more,
But she did not dare say,
As he climbed into the jeep,
She watched him drive away,
Never again to feel the same.
