There is this girl
i wish i could just say
that i want her to stay
on my mind
and in my arms
but i cannot do
what i wish too
because i am not
the best that can be
there with her
everytime she needs the help
or a shoulder to let
the tears out
i just wish
that this girl
could realize how much
she really means to me
i do not know
how to tell her
that i wish we could be
that couple you see
out on the beach and by the sea
this girl knows who she is
and i have not ever realized
how much she means
or how much i like her
i wish we could be
that couple sitting by the sea
