That Heart That Wants A Savior Poem by James Davis

That Heart That Wants A Savior

I'm the heart that she refuses the one she keeps and bruises
The love it has is going towards nothing it is wishing and hoping
in lights that don't exist still remembering our passionate kiss
so sad how could we live as friends and forget all we planned
Guess once again you will leave me but this time you won't keep me
All the love would be deep within me and I'll be emotionless and never free
It hurts just waiting for you to leave me I wish you can see inside me
Your the only one that could set me free.

Free me from my pain once again
or ill be the same as the tin man cold heartless and semi functioning
The sight of you would stop my blood from rushing if you crush me
Why can't you love me like you loved him
Why is it always me who feels sad and lonely
Is it because love is not for me I just wish someone would save me savior
