That Much More Poem by Christopher Cofield

That Much More

When I see you walk out that door
Makes me want you that much more
It's like your walking out of my life
Although I'll see you again tonight

Every time that you kiss me
It lifts me up off of my feet
And I'm dancing on cloud nine
I'm going stay like this for all time

In the moments when you're not there
Sitting quiet I wonder and stare
Imagining us down life's long road
Content and happy in our loving home

Do you think that I'm the one?
Your days in search of love now done
There's been no one like you in my past
Deep in my soul I know you're my last

A simple look a gentle touch
Is more than proof you love me as much
In that moment when we first met
In my soul I knew this was kismet

I can't wait to get you into my arms
My love will keep you safe from harm
You hold the key to unlock my soul
We have a lifetime of love to unfold

Catch a falling star make a secret wish
No love on earth has come close to this
Hand in hand we can never fail
This just begins our fairytale

When I see you walk through that door
Makes me want you that much more
I fall deeper in love with you upon sight
And will everyday for the rest of my life
