That's Not You - Poem by Asia Marie

You go out and do drugs
How you're stuck on it like a bug
You're changing your self
Even I know that's not you.

You talk about the people who stayed true
You gave them up for a bafoon
& You hurt then truely
Even I know that's not you.

You run in the halls knowing what's going on
Claim everyone's lying when you know it's true
Even I know that's not you

You ignore your BFF for a whole day
You know it hurts them
But you won't give them the time of day
Even I know that's not you

Your whole life is focused on her
You don't pay attention or bother to
You're changing for her
Everyone knows that's not you.
