The Adventure Of The Old Man's Denture Poem by Toshie Nohara

The Adventure Of The Old Man's Denture

Munching, munching his favourite peanuts
The old man's denture dropped to the floor
Picking, picking up his denture
His poor head almost knock the floor
Washing.washing his denture in the basin
He accidentally threw the clean denture into the dustbin
Searching, searching for it in a panic
Sighing, sighing that he needs to go to the dental clinic
Blushing, blushing now he is toothless
Blaming, blaming his peanuts are merciless
Vowing, vowing never to eat peanuts when tempted
Then sat down and contemplated
How to welcome his new denture with love and tender care
And praying for NO MORE embarrassing denture adventure
