The Ark Of Life Poem by JoJo Hsu

The Ark Of Life

Rating: 5.0

Everyone, in my life, grow a tree,
Trees become forests, and forests lead to animals.
There I like the birds, I hate the gray wolf,
There are countless other unknown animals
All grow in my life.
One day I cut off all the trees,
The birds told me that you did not need us anymore.
I said yes, and then drove them off.
I want to do is build an ark in my heart.
The ark holds all the animals,
World animals, male and female pair,
And then closed, against the floods in my life.
I wait for a pigeon, perhaps love,
But the pigeons did not come, my ark was stranded.
Oh, the ark of life, if I removed you,
Can you return to a lovely bird?
The birds do not answer because it has been trapped in the flood.
Finally one day, the flood receded,
My bird is back. It told me
My pigeons did not come back with it,
Because na, you did not raise it at all
It is only wandering in the flood, is still wandering.

Life, trees, animals, forest.. all grow in my life, birds, building an ark for them, in the heart, Oh, the ark of life, if I removed you, Can you return to a lovely bird? It is still wandering. My pigeon as a symbol which did not come back. Very nice symbols, original thinking and use of words…… thank you dear poet for this poem.. tony
