The Arrangement Of The Jewels Poem by Panda Eyes

The Arrangement Of The Jewels

Rating: 4.0

You watch as they speak & laugh
You’re in their circle but not one of them
You speak their language
But they dont speak yours
You will forever be lost in translation
Drowning in a sea of words
That float away while you desperately try to grab at them
They mock you, while they edge even closer to you
You’re a treasure chest
And you must be kept safe
To be put on for show
But your jewels are turning dull
They dont shine so bright anymore
And its becoming harder to smile
But nobody notices, theyre too busy arranging you.
