The Average Horizon

God! There is a darkness
when i leave the lights on,
and i feel the turning of the world
calling me out.
But don't put a rope around my neck yet.
I still got the moon and the stars
and whispered prayers lifting the veil.
Because without any fear,
together we stand precious.
We are less dangerous
when we do not regret a thing.
